Hola!
The Big Mac dude has some sort of obsessive compulsive disorder, and for some reason is addicted to Big Macs. This is what I read about him recently. He does not eat the other crap, just his two Big Macs. He stated that he used to eat the french fries, but did not want to add to his calorie intake.

Since he has OCD I wonder if he's ever sat back and added up the 23,000 receipts ---now that would be something to cry about when he saw the total!

This is the guy that was featured in "SuperSize Me" -- the DVD has a special about him in the Bonus Features section.
There's nothing wrong with his "obsession" of eating two Big Macs a day. There are a lot worse things that one could be addicted to (drugs, alcohol, etc.), and considering this man is relatively healthy and in good shape, more power to him I say!
