- - Um, I'm going to take a wild guess here:  ALCOHOL.

Heck of a thing but it does lead to ideas. I have a backhoe and am able to dig a pit. Doubt if the Health Dept would go along with it but it would be a great promotional deal to roast a pig right in front of my trailer.

Give away pulled pork sandwiches? Might need to get a radio station involved and do a Grand Opening.

Man Roasted While Roasting Pig

I wonder what they did with the pig they were roasting.  I hope they didn't let it go to waste.  Not the pig's fault.

It's just near the dead guy, it's still good, it's still good!

I hope the guy is in Hog Heaven!
I guess it was one way of getting porked!

Well, at least the man passed while doing what he enjoyed! Sad story to say the least.

That sounds like the usual suspect.  But who knows, he could have had a stroke or something.  It sounds like it was a pretty festive household.

Hopefully his parents, brothers, sisters or good friends never find this site.

Every year when I was a teenager growing up in a suburb of Detroit, my dad and his buddy Billy would host a giant pig roast for the townsfolk. They would dig about a 6x3 pit. One year my dad fell into the pit and burned the hell out of his calf, and had to go to the hopital. And YES, alcohol WAS involved! Years late, we do get a chuckle out of it! Remember...safety first!! LOL
