Any good eating around Manhattan KS or will it be Denny's and Burger King? The husband has to go there for work for a few days and I don't want the poor boy getting undernourished while he's away. I searched for Kansas eateries and it was pretty overwhelming but most recommendations seem to be around KC. Thanks for any help.

Look for Carnegie Deli, or some of the hotdog carts on Times Square, or he can go across the river to Peter Luger, or Nathan's or Papaya King, some great pizza places, or . . . oh! . . . you said KS. Sorry . . . .

Look under restaurants. Find something that sounds interesting. And try it! You might discover something new. I've done this before and have never, never been dissapointed. I bet Steaks are popular out there- Try to look for a local Steak house- Be adventurous!!

Check out Hibachi Hut in Aggieville in Manhattan. One of my favorites there. Southern/Cajun food. Really not bad.
