I guess Heather won't need him and won't feed him now that he's 64.

Very funny. Did you see her lawyer's comment about her needing $200 mln to raise the child? Hell, I know it's expensive raising kids. I have two of them. When is someone going to give me and my wife $200 mln to bring them up? By the time they're 18, that might pay for 2 years of college. Seriously, I realize she needs to protect the kid, because anyone in Paul's family needs to have security after what happened in NY in 1980 and the attack on George Harrison in the late 1990s. But if you add up the numbers, assume she needs two security guards at $45,000 each a year, plus the $250,000 or so that it costs to raise a kid and send her to college. So $1 million (plus a house) is a reasonable amount for Heather to request. Where do lawyers find these numbers that they seem to pull out of their hats? Does anyone ever ask them to justify such ridiculous figures?

BWA-HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAH You folks are TEW much! Whew! That laugh wuz az good az an "O". danimal15 Where do lawyers find these numbers that they seem to pull out of their hats? Its not their HATS they are pulling these figures out of. danimal15 Does anyone ever ask them to justify such ridiculous figures? Simple greed, Danimal. $200 mil minus her $1 mil is their charge for services rendered. Equals=$199 for them. Heard any good attorney jokes lately? I would love to hear one. As a matter of fact (joking aside), I have a coupla shark/bottom feeder divorce/ambulance chasin pals. In the event of a drive-by attempt to paint ball them, I would be the first they pointed their claw at. (snicker) Copper

My guitar softly weeps for both of them ! (Ok .. I know GH wrote that, but it seemed like a neat tie-in) They'll have alot more money than I'll ever have. Even after the divorce !

Well, You Can't Buy Me Love, but the divorce settlement will be bigger than the GNP of some small nations. I did always think that Michelle was his belle. now for a lawyer joke: what do you call 1000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean ? A good start.

A lawyer, a priest, and an rabbi are in a lifeboat surrounded by fins in the middle of the ocean. In the distance they spot what seems to be a small island. They agree to draw straws for who will swim to the small island for help. The priest gets the short straw, prays, dives into the water, and immediately climbs back on board the boat admist flying teeth, fins, and blood. The rabbi then tries, with identical results. The lawyer then dives in, swims to the island, & returns to his compadres with assistance. The priest and rabbi both want to know why the sharks never offered to lay a tooth on him. He replies, "Professional courtesy!"

Why does New Jersey have all the toxic waste and New York have all the lawyers? New Jersey won the toss. Now they'll take the long and winding road to divorce court ...

My wife (who reads the gossip magazines) tells me that Stella, Paul's grown-up daughter, advised Paul not to marry Heather, saying she was out for his money. I guess she had the "devil in her heart."
