But I love creamed spinach. I love any sort of spinach. And seriously, the last couple of times I was there I had the liver. The warmup parking lot?

Due to the monster blizzard that hit the Ohio River Valley area this morning, almost every place to eat in Batesville was closed today. Because of this I ended up at the Golden Arches for lunch, where I had my first and last McRib sandwich. Boy, what a total waste of time, money and a healthy appetite. A slab of flavorless reconstituted pork covered with the same cruddy "barbeque sauce" that they serve in packets with their McNuggets, sided by cold leathery french fries. Thanks a lot, Mother Nature!

I was appalled to see some McDonald's were closed yesterday. How could anyone get a McRib for Christmas?

Because of the storm.. my parents decided it was best to be in California for Christmas. They spent part of their day at Mc Donald's...with McRib. I'll post pictures when I get them!

Fantastic! I always enjoyed going to McOnald's when I lived on St. Thomas. Terrific music -- great steel band, and Brownie, who moonlighted (actually, daylighted) as a cab driver, did fantastic Calypso -- Fire, Fire, In She Wire Mama ... Oy Oy Oy, O Yo Yo.

I haven't seen any of those since I was last on Hog Island off Nassau. I understand they call it Paradise Island these days now that they've killed all the wild hogs.

McRib scoffs at your feeble attempt to add lettuce, and I bet using decent bread actually made it worse! Hell, everyone knows the worst Banquet $0.99 dinner is the shaped rib patty. Was it any better then McD's? A side by side comparison (with pics) would be fun :D

I ordered a McRib at Giuseppi's last week, but they were out so I had to settle for the eggplant rollatini.

McRib will be quite pleased with onion rings & asparagus with hollandaise. That's how McRib rolls.

Onion Rings?????????......perks!. If only McD offered them! As one who is often sent on a "mission" to acquire pizza and/or subs, I prefer a place that has onion rings so I can munch on them on the way home. I have also learned to order a small Coke since by the 2nd traffic light on the way home I have burnt my mouth. I tend to go about 3:30-4 on most of these missions since then rings (or in a pinch, Fries) are always cooked to order
