Meatless Chili Sauce Recipe(Onion Sauce)

I am looking for a good meatless chili sauce recipe. This could be a Onion Sauce recipe but it has a distinct taste I just can figure out. I know the good recipes contain no tomato paste or sauce and contains everything from Paprika, Chili Powder, Cummin, Water with Corn Starch, and ciny of cource.

I posted looking for a clone of the varios Huntington Hot Dog stands since they all have simular sauce.

I am opening a Hot Dog stand in Honduras and a meatless sauce would do wonders to my bottom line.
