This is a chicken, pork and sausage paella - one of my favorites:

Smoked Whole Ribeye with Rosemary for the LPGA Party, Springfield Illinois June 5th 2009.This ribeye was smoked to 119 degrees and fast cooled until just before the party. Guest will be allowed to slice it as thick as they wish and then it will be finished very quickly on a very hot 500 degree charcoal grill.

Jack that looks really good.  It's just a shame you dropped it in the grass...lol

this is the way my daddy bbq'ed and it was soooo good ... it took me several years before I could enjoy bbq after he passed away and that was only after  my cousins, my daddy's nephews,  came to my mothers and bbq'ed.
