Here is my basic all beef (Black Angus Beef Hot Dog, that I grill on my Panini Grill

But here is my favorite Hot Dog and in fact I read about fixing Hot Dogs this way here on RoadFood.
I love the Char taste and when they are split and grilled you get double the char. So I call them
 DBL Char Dogs

Awesome pics!  I'll add our recent pics of 'great' shots from our new espresso machine and of our strawberry smoothie which was a huge favorite also last year.  I'll have to grab some of our dogs this year.....

Nautidog,
That is step two in my meat ball sandwich. 3 Meatballs covered with Provolone Cheese. I admit that's not the best picture but look back at the other two pictures you'll see the how I make a meatball sandwich.

I'll tell you what Dr., your food looks as good as it gets, it's obvious you are motivated by pride of your food, not how to squeeze the last penny out of yor operation. I hope to visit your place soon, I'm very impressed!

That, my good Dr, is what I base my entire business on. A "Texas Splitterdog"
A few jalapenos  and some chopped sweet onions .... be right back. Now I'm hungry.
