Memphis style BBQ, Lake Forest,CA

What is the name of the Memphis styl BBQ place in Lake Forest near the Oakley Sunglasses Factory? There is a Wahoo's Fish Tacos in the same strip mall. I believe the major crossstreet is Portola and Lake Forest Dr.

Where in California is Lake Forest located?

Lake Forest is behind the Orange Curtain. Next to or near cities like Irvine, Tustin, Mission Viejo. About 20 mins from Mickey and Minnie's House.

....and bordering a Huge Leisure World in Laguna Woods/Hills. Lake Forest Rd crosses the 5 right at the South end of the 405/5 interchange...A real exciting place to be an urban motorcyclist!!
The highway has a total of 28 lanes at that interchange..counting truck lanes, commuter lanes, and the regular (always clogged) lanes. That's 14 lanes each direction!! What a fun place to ride with your 88 year old, terrible vision suffering, Mother behind the wheel of her Little Camry!!! One of Mother's last efforts driving was the only ticket she every got in her life...Doing 76mph thru that interchange and passing a CHP car! When she paid the fine and attended traffic school she said it was time to turn in her license !!
If you find the BBQ name post it please. We may pass thru that area again this year and would like to check it out.

I want to write a trip review but................... being away from my Art Commissioners job for 42 days left me with a lot of catch-up work to do first. Just a few minutes ago the mayor stuck his head in my office and said

No not trying to be a jerk but I will have to admit I was trying to be cute ............. and it's evident that my response came off as arrogant and sarcastic............. sorry.
This behavior of mine comes from old age were a man (and some times a woman) gathers so much wisdom from his longevity on earth alone, that he cant understand why other folks just don't get it. Sort of like my friend BT............. by the way where is BT these days?
