Hi folks,

I just got my copy, and I can'tget it to install. The first disc runs fine, but the second disc just hangs up and keeps asking for it to be inserted over and over. Anyone else have this problem? I have over 23 Gig of free memory, so space isn't an issue.

Thanks for your help,
    Stephen Rushmore Jr.

Maybe you have a bum disk.

That's my conclusion as well. What a pain to return items to amazon

Has anybody bought and used this? At the page on Amazon, it seems that there are a few disgruntled consumers and they have given it low marks. There is now a 2007 version, but no reviews for that version are in yet. I have my moments of computer doubt in regards to my abilities and that of certain systems/sites that claim they are what will work wonders for me.
I would like to get something that can point me to all the recommended places listed on ROADFOOD. A recent trip from Connecticut to Wisconsin was made with the latest version of the book, but I know that I missed many places that are listed on this site. I want this information to be able to be downloaded onto my GPS, a Garmin c330.

Before someone suggests that I download the Google Earth tools, it seems that I am having problems with that. Looks as I will have to play around with that too. I don't think there is anything with this that will work with my GPS either.

I've use Streets and trips since the first version and have used it for planning trips all over the east half of the US..they did make some changes in the 06 version that folks haven't liked, unable to set a speed..just faster or slower. It is easy to use and if you load it on your lap top you can mount a GPS head on the dash and track your trip AND get voice directions.
I'll buy the '07 version too as soon as it comes out.
