They tweaked my logo, and did some mock-ups. We decided to go with a painted truck for the background, and vinyl stickers for the logo and lettering.
When I put this on Facebook, to ask people for their opinions, some things
became readily apparent when the picture was shrunken to preview size
(which would reveal similar problems in low-light or from far away).
The orange outline can't really be read at all.
The blue text with orange loses readability (although increasing the
kerning may help with that). When looking at the enlarged picture, I think
that was the one I like best, even though I'm not sure how the orange works
with the rest of the color scheme. What about blue text with just a white
The grey is the only one that is still readable, but it doesn't pop.
How about white text with a blue outline where the background will be
black, and a black outline for where the background will be blue? Or, blue
text with a white outline?
