Mini-Road Trip to Wintry Vermont

Well, the first time I visited there under the current ownership, the owner was pretty pointed about how she runs the place because she likes doing it, and was there for the locals, and didn't want to deal with a lot of tourists, since she thought if it got any busier, the food quality would suffer.
