Mint Chocolate M&M's Are Back

Mint Chocolate M&M's are back for the holidays. Just found my first bag at Target yesterday. I love these things but they seem to only appear during Christmas and Easter. Still yummy!

Thanks for telling me that they are now available, I love those things. I noticed Wal-mart was getting their Christmas and was just thinking that I'll have to get myself a bag. Christmas wouldn't be the same without them.

Are those also known as Royals? When I was growing up in the early 1980s, they had candies in an M&M style brown bag with green lettering called Royals, They were mint chocolate candies. I loved those. Anyone remember them?

If you look carefully, you will note that the package says that mint M&Ms are "Limited Edition."

I remember those! All mint green (appropriately!) instead of multi-colored. They were (too briefly ) in our vending machine at work. I think they must have been a test-market item that didn't quite work out. You can be sure I'll be snagging a few bags while they're available. Now, the problem is to ration them....

I'm glad they are a limited edition item or else I would be eating them year round. I bought a bag and my kids and I polished them off pretty quick. Love those mint m&m's. I think the fact that they only have them at certain times of the year make them an extra special treat.

Yes! Another child of the 80s who remembers these. I was beginning to think I was going crazy because no one else my age that I have talked to remembers them. Thank you for restoring my sanity. (Well, at least as it pertains to this topic!)
