BillVol- I visited the Mississippi State campus just about a year ago. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of the cheese, but was very impressed by the ice cream and the peanut butter. What kind of cheese did you get?

BB Next time we pass thru that area I may pick up a whole dressed Hog to do a pit-pig when we get home. They have quite a list of available meat products on that site with the cheeses.

Most land grant schools have dairy departments. When we visit OUR MSU (Michigan State) we always stop at the dairy store for ice cream and cheese. The butterfat content of the IC makes it coat the roof of your mouth and the cheese is exceptional. As we travel, we try visiting college campuses, and a land grant school always has goodies like this.
