Mixed meat burger favorites
Considering mainly just meats, not any seasonings or other additions, just the primary constituents of the patty itself. I suppose it would include, for example, mushrooms if you mixed them in with the meat and it was a major portion of it rather than just a topping.
What are your favorite mixed meat combinations for hamburger patties?
Personally, I think venison and lamb about 3-1 makes an excellent combination.
