Mobile Ice Cream Tricycles?

I was wondering about the laws and what is required to start a mobile ice cream business. Is anyone familiar with the differences? I am interested in pre packaged food so I dont see why there needs to be sinks or etc. Is anyone familiar with the laws to get an ice cream tricycle business started?

What you want is what most HDs call a "novelty truck" or novelty trike. I have a novelty truck and my HD does not require it to be inspected if I stick to prepackaged goods. However, all HDs have there own rules, just give em a call and they will be able to answer your questions in a few seconds

Hey LD50... I'm wondering how far you got with your ice cream trike plan? I like the icycle tricycles but too pricey for me at this point. I'm thinking of using a mountain bike and then building a ice box on a little trailer...
