Anyone use Morton’s Sugar Cure on Ribs? I have a contest soon and I’d like to try something new.

    i use it when i make jerky and deer bolougna and sausage........never tried it on ribs....let me know how you make out with it.....

      We use a sugar cure to make Squaw Candy (salmon) but I have never used it on ribs. Try it at home before your contest.....may be awesome!
