Motocross & Cheerleading events?

Anyone been able to setup in the Motorcross scene? I've had quite a few people tell me that they have done Motocross events in the past & its a great scene. Large crowds that are captive since they are there for the longhaul (I guess they're more talking about the competetors & people that directly follow them instead of just a watching crowd). I have the same type of crowd with Horse Shows where the exhibitors & everyone needed to keep the horses up & trainers, and owners, etc are there all day every day until the show is over. Now I sell coffee, and frozen drinks so I can see these people over & over again every day getting coffee in the morning, frozen drinks in the afternoon & cokes & water throughout the day. But Im really curious about this Motocross thing. I dont seem to have much of a motocross scene in my area so its hard for me to visualize. Anyone else have any experience in motocross concessions? Any suggestions on getting into them or just finding the events. These same people have told me about cheerleading competitions too. Again, a captive audience. The teams are there until the competition is over or they lose. I did a small volleyball tourney once but it was only 12 schools competing so it wasnt that big but I still did decent. Would love to find a good competition with alot of schools. Let me know any thoughts.

I have done a couple of Motocross events here in town and did pretty good.

I like to go to mudbog events and the people there are crazy hungry and thirsty. I suppose the motcross would be simular.

I was doing motocross and it was great when there was a big event, so so for a local event.

Got a call that they sold the track to a neighbor that hated the noise. No more motocross for me. :(

A cheerleading event... mmmmmm.

Are you talking about motorcycle motocross or bicycle motocross?

I guess really either. Whatever would be good business.
