If you like the flavor of dried mustard, this mac and cheese is for you. The sauce is very light and the layers of macaroni and cheddar make it special.
Its quick, easy and very good!
3/4 box elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
1 tbs dried mustard (I like COLEMANS)
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 cup milk
5 or 6 slices american cheese, yellow
Oven 350
Boil macaroni 6 minutes, drain.
Butter a baking dish.
Simmer milk, american cheese, mustard and seasoned salt till cheese melted. Sauce will not be thick.
Layer in pan, sauce, macaroni, cheddar, macaroni, sauce.
End with cheddar.
Bake 350 15-20min till cheese melted.
Enjoy. The kids love it.
