Good grief, that sounds good! That sauce is a work of art. Thanks for putting together the ingredients, I know just what to do. What's the Meyers website? I really should use the real thing, shouldn't I? Janet

Oh, I just thought of something else. What are you going to serve as sides? I'll bet some fried potatoes with onions would be just the ticket. And a cucumber/tomato salad. What do you think?

Interesting. This dish was just in the latest Food Network Magazine that I got a few days ago. I wonder how yours is, compared to theirs.

fabulousoyster Jalapeno Cream Sauce, thats a new one. A bit too risky for me. I've had cream of jalapeno soup, and it was pretty good. This is probably something similar. Guess it depends on how much heat you can stand. ;)

I'll have to try to get the magazine back from my sisters (I pass them along when I'm done). I'll get back to you.

Happily for us in Dallas, the Central Market stores sell all the Meyer's brand Elgin sausages. We just (gently) throw them on the grill. Your sauce, which I never would have thought of using with the sausage, sounds terrific.
