I call it a Chubby Burger, with hand cut, twice fried taters. 1/2 lb hand pattied locally raised and butchered,3 miles from here, obviously I like rare medium rare!

CTF, how much does the link weigh? Since you start with an 8 oz. patty even after cooking that has to be a pretty hefty sandwich. Brad

enginecapt Not on my scorecard, as I don't do blue. Actually I do have Cheddar, It's shredded, I didn't think about it as very few folks ask for it, I use it to top off my Mac, which has the 4 cheese blend in it along with Parma. so I'm at 110, and should get bonus pts. foe the 4 cheese Mexi blend.

Now put some of your chili on top of that and you'd have a pretty good sammich.

{rare medium rare} shouldn't under cooked hamburger meat be a concern ? Otherwise! it is a gourmet 10.

DougS {rare medium rare} shouldn't under cooked hamburger meat be a concern ? Otherwise! it is a gourmet 10. Around here, restaurants are required by law to put a disclaimer on their menus that eating undercooked food should be done at your own risk, and the restaurant is not responsible if you get sick. Because 90% of the population can eat it rare or medium rare with no issues. I would definitely order one, probably with more than one cheese...most likely Swiss and blue. I love cheese.
