My favorite burger? Mine!

I bought a commercial burger press from Ebay. Buy fresh ground chuck, put 5 ounces at a time into the press and pull the handle. Spray a cast iron grill pan with cooking spray and preheat on High. (I live in a condo, I have no outdoor grill). Put the burger in, add fresh ground blackpepper, cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on how you like it. Cook 2 slices of bacon till done. In the meantime, prepare bakery fresh buns by toasting, add sliced tomatoes and lettuce on one side, put about a tsp. full of ketchup, a tsp. of your favorite mustard, (I prefer Dijon style), and a dollop of mayo, (Hellman's/Best Food's works well). When the burger and bacon are done, place them on the other side of the bun. Serve the burger with lots of napkins, it's quite sloppy.
