Is this for real??? I swear, and I've posted this before somewhere here, that England has the WORST sodas in the world. My husband and I visited London in January of 2002 and on the flight over there they had British Coke and Dr. Pepper and .... oh god they were horrible!! Not only that, I was about 8 weeks pregnant and it made everything even worse! I think one of the ingredients was "vegetable fat" or something odd like that. Those drinks were so gross... along with all their food. The burgers, the full English breakfast, their pizza, argh! Worst mistake of our lives visiting that country! *sorry if i've offended anyone*

dickstep: Sometimes I tell myself I had such a horrible experience because i had morning sickness, it was cold, etc. but my husband says it was bad for him too. I swear, and you all might think I'm exaggerating, but nothing I ate was good! nothing! not their sodas, not their donuts, not their candies........... if anything their tea was okay---if you like hot tea.

I'll stick with the original, with a splash or two of rum added.

Dickestep - While i was there the only bad food I had was at a McD's. We were there a total of 5 days, and tried to experience everything "local" We had some really good stuff and some ok stuff, but nothing horrible except the McD's.
