I just put this together, it's really good, give it a try. Get a bottle of basic sweet BBQ sauce, add a can of pineapple juice, cumin, worcestershire sauce, and cider vinegar. simmer it. Ya gotta fiddle with the portions but once you got it right it's really good

MiamiDon Chewing, ---- what volume of BBQ sauce, what size of pineapple juice, how much cumin, how much worcestershire, how much vinegar? Don, I used 2 gallons of my basic Old fashioned Sauce, 2 cans of dole pineapple juice, 64 oz I think, 2 12 oz cans of diced pineapple which I liquified in my Vita Mixer, about 4 cups of Worcestershire, 2 cups vinegar, 1/4 cup cumin...I measure nothing, but it's easy to get it right with adjusting on the fly. for smaller batches it's merely a guess...I'm waiting for lables and will do large amounts when I get them, again by guess, then when it tastes right, I keep the portions in my memory bank. I write nothing down.

Chewer... kinda like that Mexican pork taco dish, a little pineapple goes a long way. Joe
