You didn't ask me for recipes!
Actually you go to a Chinese restaurant, order the won ton soup and strain it. Throw away solids.

The best part of when I had a colonoscopy was that my hospital sent me home with a frozen quart of chicken noodle soup. That was the best stuff!

CTF, be sure the package you order has enough wallet-size photos for all your friends, as well as an 8x10 suitable for framing.  If the proctologist offers you a musical selection for relaxation and your listening enjoyment, Led Zeppelin's "In Through the Out Door" might be appropriate...  Brad
