My old Hot Dog Trailer

Hi All, Just saw in the local that my old trailer that I sold to a guy for $1,500.00 was Sold for back storage rent. $500.00. It was fully equiped and ready to go. But here's the Kicker, the title was never transfered to the new owner. I signed off but he never registered it. If some one comes to me and wants me to relinquish my right for a new title. What should I do? PS The other buyer was from Iran. must have went back home. Sold Cell phones.

Fake answer: Tell him you wondered where you misplaced your cart, and thank him for finding it for you.
Real Answer: Sign off on the registration. After all, you did sell it. Regardless of what has happened, the new buyer purchased it in good faith from the storage owner who was legally entitled to sell it. Besides, the new owner can go to DMV and simply apply for a new title.
