WOW! What a report. The amount of work for all of those photos..... And that corn on the cob looks amazing. BTW, I want a Treats Truck in my neighborhood! Keep up the good work!

NYPizzaNut, I did have my eye on one red sauce pizza place, but just didn't have the time. I guess I'll just have to start a Part 2 of this report! Slim, I didn't make it to any Dominican places. Do you have any in mind that I could try? Ken, Glad to hear that you liked the sandwich cart!

Wow BB, sorry I missed this!! Almost makes me feel like I am in NY (except that I AM in NY!!). You have some of my favs: City Bakery, Eisenbergs (not necessarily the food, but I love the signs on the board in front of the store), and the perennial eggandcheeseonaroll! Have you ever tried Terry's Deli (corner 16th & 6th)? Grrrrreat place, combo of "regular" and Trini food. (everyone on the staff is from Trinidad. Mmmm roti) For some reason I love their coffee/ice coffee; it's my daily grind! They also have a sister store on Columbus and 61st. Readers here should be aware however, that your fab finds are all over NYC, not in a particular area. Get that MetroCard out! Happy (Eatin') New Year!
