NATCHEZ TRACE PARKWAY

We're planning to travel the entire 400+ mile Natchez Trace Parkway (Natchez, MS to Nashville, TN) in mid-April.  We've gotta get off the Parkway to eat and hopefully the Roadfood members can suggest some not-to-be-missed places.

Natchez, MS is a great town.  There are some fine B&B's to stay at.  Monmouth is one of the best.  Visit Stanton Hall and have lunch at Carriage House Restaurant.  Visit Dunleith and dine at The Castle Restaurant.
