(NOLA) Coop's Cajun Fried Chicken?

I see Coop's has a cookbook available online; anyone know if their fried chicken recipe is included in it? I'd also love the jambalaya or cole slaw recipes.
I am happy to order the book but only if these recipes are included! ;) I wish I'd known their Bayou Blend seasoning was for sale.

The Cookbook is a bargain at $13.95; less than the price of a meal! Splurge a little! Go ahead and order it. Even if the Chicken recipe isn't in it, you'll get some good recipes, I Guar-on-tee!

Please tell us the name of the book and where it may be purchased online. I tried Amazon and came up empty handed.

The Cajun Fried Chicken and Rabbit/Sausage Jambalaya recipes are both in my 2002 version (autographed by Miss Fay). No Cole Slaw recipe but it does have a recipe for Coop's Bayou Blend. Enjoy!
