NY burger co?

My wife visited this place yesterday and said it was a good burger. I don't trust my wife's opinion. I am looking for other at this time. The menu sounds good. Is this a franchise?-It markets itself as the new fast food! www.newyorkburgerco.com

If you dig through the web site, it states, "Franchises Available Soon". I guess that implies that the current two locations are run by the original ownership. Nice looking menu selection!

I was un-impressed. Everything was tasty, but the burger was way too small and unremarkable to justify the price. It doesn't hold a candle to Burger Joint in my opinion.
