I'd have to agree with article when it points out that the change in demographics in downtown DC has as much to do with it being seen as a good location as the lower rents compared the NYC. Plus, as the article points out, DC economic market is more stable than other areas. There will always be gov't jobs, lawyers and lobbyists...except now many of them live in the city instead of the 'burbs.

I just saw a lobster truck for the first time, last Friday. The line was LOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Greymo, it was on Massachusettes Avenue between 2nd and 1st St  NE. (Close to Senate Office Buildings and Union Station).
