Where is the one spot in Manhattan where you can stand and see both the new Staten Island Ferry Terminal (which looks pretty cool by the way) AND the Chrysler Building? Hint: its a famous landmark.

The Manhattan end of the Brooklyn Bridge. (but you have to look in opposite directions....) (if not correct, answer #2: A helicopter over the Lower East Side....)

You know what, I didn't even think of the bridge. Good one! The spot I found is in front of the bull on Broadway just south of Wall Street. You get a great view of the facade of the new terminal and a view of the Chrysler Bldg. Some days I get caught up in the hustle of the city, so it was really refreshing to just happen upon that view the other night. I just stood there and took it in for a few minutes.
