I seen a pic of a guy operating his hot dog cart right inside his boat and he was out on the water.

No way! On the water? Where's CSD? He'd love this topic.

Many years ago when I lived in Michigan I had the same idea of selling Dog's on one of the popular Lakes in the area (Lake Fenton). It was a hot spot for fishing and on weekends was a virtual goldmine for recreational boaters. My plan was to buy a Pontoon Boat, as large as my budget would afford, and with the flat deck and railings would be ideal for mounting a cart + you could also have some tables on deck depending on space. The only draw back was you had to watch your beer consumption as that meant pulling up anchors every half hour to get to the Marina. LOL. QUESTION: I am hearing lately that there is another Dog outa Da Windy City called "Red Hot Chicago" which is a new Company founded by one of the original Vienna owners. My brother is opening a place in AL and he says they are better. Anyone have comments? Don
