Good stuff. I like how he makes sure to go over the important stuff like the techniques and such in great detail but leaves out the unimportant stuff like the ingredient amounts since those are in the recipe anyway. A lot of cooking shows fail to focus on technique. Hopefully he keeps it going.

I like Chef Tomm....but geez does he make some strange stuff. Did you watch that whole "loaded" pizza episode....that thing is a monstrosity. I know he cooks it for catered events and large groups but man!
