Right Roosy! You always have the last word but I'll add a footnote. A bit of butter like Csacks said never hurt a steak, but not too much! Joe

Rib Eye is hard to beat. I sprinkle with a premixed combination of Kosher Salt, Course Ground Black Pepper, and Garlic Salt then let it sit out of the Refrigerator for about 20 minutes while the grill gets very hot. Mix together some Garlic Butter, a couple dashes of Worcheshire Sauce, and a small dollop of bacon grease. Put the steak on a hot grill, at first it will grab the grate, flip it over when it releases itself. Poke it with your finger to determine how well it is done, very soft is rare, the firmer it is the more well done it is. Let it stand for about five minutes for the juices to settle, if you do not the juices will run out when first cut. Baste with the Garlic Butter mixture and enjoy. Good Luck John
