Any help from people that live in Wisconsin particularly Milwaukee. If you are selling ice cream, shaved ice, or Italian ice what do yo do in the way of cold storage? Can't find a cold storage here(Milwaukee) to save my life. Health department says must have a cold storage. You can't store it in your home. Would appreciate any help Thanks!:0)

Why would you have to store ice? It's pretty inexpensive can't you just pick it up as needed and store it in a freezer in your stand or trailer?

Partner up with a local family owned restaurant, and use their freezer for storage in trade for a little rent money or something. I'm sure you can make it work somewhere.

Some ladies I know out here in NM ran into that when they started their Italian Ice business. In order to get Italian Ice delivered, they had to have delivery to a cold storage facility. So they make their Italian Ice themselves and it's fantastic. Their hubbies built a commercial kitchen for them to use.
