Need opinions on hot dogs

Hi, I run a small hot dog cart part time in the summer months here in Indiana. I sell Bests kosher hot dogs. I get them at approx. .37 a dog. They are just fine. I have recently tried Koegels. I was very impressed. Problem is I have to drive almost an hour to pick them up. I can get the Koegels at .27 a dog. I like the natural casing Koegels, and they are slightly cheaper, thereby I can lower my prices a little. But I am worried that I may lose customers if I try a new dog. Need some input. Thanks

KOEGLES! ha ha... From a Michgan Koegle lover here! I wouldnt lower the price though, considering the hassle of getting them... Buy in bulk and freeze them so you only have to make the trip once or twice a season...

Hello Uncle Vic! Yep, I tried them and I really liked them. That natural casing just rocks. Good idea, do they freeze and keep well?

For what it's worth, I always have vacuum packed NC Usingers weiners in my freezer and they taste as good as fresh.
