Need some suggestions!!

I'm having an exact replica of this piggy painted on the back of my place, so northbound travelers will see it, he will have a caption in a bubble, I got some ideas, but I want something short and FUNNY, any ideas?

A piggie and "eat more beef" was the same thing I was going to use for a Texas Style BBQ beef brisket restaurant in... Memphis.
I decided it was a bad idea. The brisket that is. I have heard that folks have been..... in Memphis for even mentioning Texas BBQ. :~(

Fab, I think tha contest is over? But... the thread lives on!
After reading my above post I want to add that I do think a Texas BBQ place would work in Memphis. There are lotsa Texans working just south in Tunica Miss. I once had to bring Q from Texas to some of them. But, I DO think it might be dangerous. Those Memphis folks ARE serious about their Q. There was a good Memphis Beat episode about tha Q folks. Great show by tha way! It's on TnT. They know drama.
