Neptune Oyster bar, Boston Wed, 01/31/07 3:33 PM (permalink)
B.S. and I are planning another trip to Neptune Oyster in Boston. While not strictly Roadfood, it's great eats. Does anyone know if they have battered fish and chips? Hubby has a craving...
Thanks in advance

... and THAT'S why you're a filet mignon and I'm not. Thanks, chief!

They do offer fried seafood and very good I might add. Though I'm not sure about exactly fish and chips. I've had their fried grouper and fried clams both very good. I have only eaten there in the afternoon so I'm not sure about the evening menu. The place is very small be prepaired to wait but you wont be dissapointed. Chow Jim

After a quick call, I learned Neptune Oyster does not have beer-battered fish and chips.
We prefer to go there for the raw bar anyhow...
