New Burger Place--Arlington Texas

Arlington is the land of the chain restaurants, but a new burger place has opened that really exceeded my expectations. Tom's Burger & Grill is at the corner of IHY 30 & Cooper Street in North Arlington. Absolutely the best burgers I have ever had--somehow he cooks on a flat grill but also has pecan wood going that smokes the either 1/3 or 1/2 pound patties. Buns are a brioche-type toasted, vegetables are organic--Hand battered onion rings (made with Shiner Bock),good salads with all homemade dressings if you feel guilty about having yet another burger, plus hand-dipped shakes & malts.
If you are in the Dallas area, please try this place--restaurant turnover is high in this area--I'm selfish--I want this place to make it. I have no stake in this place other than just hoping someone that puts great food on the table gets rewarded for his efforts!
