Mytery2, do you know what brand nehotdogrolls is presently shipping? With the consolidation in the wholesale baking business, a lot of the formulations people on this board remember are not available anymore. From my survey last year, I only know about the following brands/producers: LePage (Country Kitchen, private label), Freihofer (Bimbo), Arnold (Bimbo), Pepperidge Farm, Gold Medal, Wonder (IBC), Nissen (IBC). The Boston Globe also reviewed Sunbeam NE buns a few years ago. The only Sunbeam franchisee up there right now is LePage.
