North Western Connecticut here.

I would say there are a lot of people from NEw England here. Also from Mass.

Where in Mass are you located? Any roadfood gems out there?

Oh wow, I live in France but I was born in Springfield, moved to Chicopee as a kid and also lived in various surrounding towns near Amherst / Noho. Are you guys going to have good foliage this year? I hope so, it is such a sad time to be away. Pumpkins, gourds, foliage, apples, corn and everything, please enjoy and think of me...

I'm in Trumbull, Ct. Our leaves have started to turn already. We are planning our annual "leaf peeping" trip to Vermont.

I grew up near Cape Cod, now live on the south shore.

I'm in Northeastern Connecticut, "The Quiet Corner". A lovely area, replete with beautiful foliage, hundreds of Antique Shops, Lots of B & B's. And only an hour from Hartford, 45 min. from Providence, 1 1/2 hours from Boston. Come visit!

I live on the Warwick-East Greenwich Rhode Island line.

Word of note-----Anything in Southwestern CT south of Danbury and west of Branford is technically not New England. The whole region is basically a suburb of NYC

Born in Boston. Vacation in Maine. Incarcerated, er...reside in south.

Stayed for a week at Lake Sunapee, NH, once, many years ago. Loved it.

wanderingjew, you just kicked me out of New England! I'm on the shoreline in West Haven, and it sure doesn't feel like a suburb of NYC!

I am told that merely living in New England does not make you a New Englander. Although I wasn't born in New England, my son was. When I asked if he was a New Englander, I was then told that kittens born in an oven doesn't make them biscuits.

Born in Quincy, MA, currently reside in Ansonia, CT. Family cabin (camp) in VT. Grampy; when I'm in Greenfield I like to stop at "Famous" Bill's for horseradish dip and chowder.

Born on the Texas/New Mexico line, myself, but I've lived for the last two and a half years in Allston (the best part of Boston, I think) with my lovely wife, who's lived in the city since she was six months old, and would have been born here if her Army photographer dad hadn't been stationed in Germany at the time. So I'm kind of townie-by-proxy at this point.

Well I used to live on the NY/Mass border, I would live sometimes in New Lebanon, N.Y. and other times in West Stockbridge. Does that make me an Atlantic Englander?

Sorry, your I-95 sign "still" says 55mph. I think exit 55 is the "dividing line". If I knew how to cut and paste the randmcnally map you would see what I mean!
