New German Bakery in Schertz

For folks in the Northeast side of San Antonio, out by Randolph Air Base, there is a new german bakery in a small building on Schertz Parkway near the intersection of FM78,that opened up this Saturday, March 3. It has a small parking lot,and I didn't see any sign for what it's called, but the place is open for business.Heard it was a german bakery from some people at work.Will have to try it.
