New Hampshire BBQ Championship 6/10 to 6/12

Held at the Anheuser Busch brewery in Merrimack,NH-one of the sponsors and the chief beer supplier (naturally)

Unfortunatly, much of the competition preparation was done when we arrived-most were out lounging (portable chairs, portable pool,etc)
So all we did was eat-unfortunatly no pictures of the food I ate-it went in my stomach too fast!

KC's of Manchester,NH-they served a BBQ Royale sundae-a layer of baked beans,then colesalw, then pulled pork, topped with a pickle and a pork rib-they have an apple slather sauce that is quite good.
My Best BBQ Chicken pick went to Big Moe's M&M Ribs-their ribs were a bit dry on the outside, but their chicken (on the bone) was incredible:

90 plus degrees this weekend-good crowds-cold beer flowing, but a great family event-I took my mother-in-law.
Plus a separate children's section with rides.
