candy, but a yeast roll.I have searched the net and found bakeries that sell them.I emailed and/or called the bakeries about the rolls to see how they are made. It is either a sweet yeast dough or danish dough. It has a cream cheese filling or fruit filling. It is rolled up like cinnamon rolls, cut, let double, and baked in either a muffin cup or baking pan. Anyone here ever eaten these rolls or have made them?? I'd love to try and make them, but need a recipe!! Thanks for your help Barbara

Seems like you could wing this one. Just make your favorite sweet roll dough, fill it with a cream cheese mixture (butter, cream cheese, sugar, a little vanilla mixed together), spread the cream cheese mixture over your rolled-out dough, roll up, slice, place in lightly greased muffin cups, top with streusel mixture (butter, sugar, flour, and a little cinnamon and/or nuts if you like) then bake. I'd just play with this a little until I found the combination I liked best.
