New Hot Dog Joint in Phillipsburg

After visiting Joe and John at Charlies Pool Room, Sammy's, Toby's Cup (closed Tuesday) I thought I'd ride by Jimmy's on the Delaware. To my surprise There is a new HDJ in town where Jimmy's on the Delaware was. It's Jimmy's Doggie Stand. New owners cooking the hot dogs the old way.  They use Berks hot dogs. I had a chilidog and there everything dog which has mustard, onions and a pickle.  Plenty of parking spots and tables outside and by the water. You can order by the window or inside seating. I was also at Jimmy's Hot Dogs in Easton PA, on Tuesday. They are still going strong with great dogs.   Can't beat the price.

I ate at the new Jimmys a few weeks ago. I don't recall it being anything special. I had one with mustard and relish. I'm not a huge fan of the Warren County/Easton, PA style with yellow mustard, raw onion and a pickle slice.
