New Hot Sauce Recipes

Anyone make their own hot sauce good enough to share. I buy Cholula and it's simple as are 99 percent of them. There are probably 10 million brands but they are all about cool name, cool label, or pure heat which kills flavor. Some have dates, raisons, tamarinds, carrots, and other odd things but I'll bet one of you has some great concoction that beats em all. I think the Chinese whoop the Mexicans in the hotter sauces, even chinese mustard kicks everyone's butt. So asian influence would be ok too.

I "discovered" el yucateco at the buritto factory ( a restaurant chain?) I wasn't impressed with the food but the hot sauce! Then I spotted a small variaty of el yucateco at wal-mart.. anyway, theres whole threads on hot sauces but one of my hotter creations was from an "ornimental" white to purple fruited hot pepper and redwine vinegar.
