Your thread convinced me to signup here! GL with the food truck concept! Our spot opened in Currituck in October and if you're interested or want local sounding board for ideas let me know. Tried to send you PM, but didn't exactly work as I'm a brand new poster ;) Subscribed.

Flat Rock (about 4 hours west) under about 3 inches of rain, with a couple more days of rain to come before it starts drying out...... im getting antsy as it draws closer to bringing her home..... maybe by wed or thur this coming week i have been working on paint schemes for her, i plan on having the outside done first for some "free advertising" as i drive her around getting the different things done i will need on the inside...... and yes!..... this site has the toughest noob rules ive ever seen in a forum for pics and messaging !

Don't forget to check to see what the NC HD's will allow before you get carried away with your menus.

Hey Folks, Looking forward to the progress of this thread. The incredible build from "The Wild Dog" brought me to this site. Wow what a great job documenting a project, Kudos to him! Hope to learn a lot here! Cheers, G

Are you going to be using things like FB and Twitter to update where you're at? For our restaurant we also set up a phone number people can text "lunch special" to get a reply text with what that's day's special is. Maybe you can use something like that mixed with your current location.

We use twilio for ours so if you had an Ipad you could definitely update it.
