New Place in NJ

NEW PLACE OPENS IN NORTH BERGEN, NJ

There is a great new place that opened a few months ago in North Bergen on Kennedy Blvd, the name is "YELLA'S ". This place is fantastic, they have the best deep fried hot dogs around, and the burgers are made fresh to order. They also offer some unique sandwiches : The "Fat Angelo" is a combination of steak , peppers, onions, and homefries it is incredible. There are to many to mention I suggest you check this place out!!

What kind of steak are you talking about Bluejay? Is it sliced ribeye like that used in a Philly style cheesesteak. Is it slices or is it chopped into tiny little bits, so it falls out of the sandwich all over the place? Or some other cut/style of steak?

Any idea what hundred block, or how far off the Linclon Tunnel approach?

I have to admit I am always a little suspicious when a post meets the following criteria

    1) is about a new establishment
    2) is wildly enthusiastic about said new establisment
    3) the poster is new - 1 post, and just registered same day

ah well, I live no where near NJ and wouldn't be able to report on it anyway :-)

    I agree.

If the new place is really great, hopefully there'll be fellow Roadfooders who live nearby concurring with the new poster. But I do think it would be helpful if new posters who are touting a new place would at least disclose if they have any affiliation with the place.

I'm sure our forums are littered with self-promotion disguised as enthusiastic posts. It's kinda sad...and then you never hear from the person again (or they weakly protest...one time).
