It's called "Dem Bones," and although I haven't been to their new restaurant, these are the people who catered my Nascar RaceDay party this year. It'll be interesting to see how cooking every day compares to weekend work Pogophiles, you free for lunch this coming Saturday?

No Pete, I'm pretty much tied up through soccer season (couple of weeks to go yet) on Saturday. Where is "Dem Bones" located? I can always do a separate quality check!!

It's at the corner of 8th and Monroe. I'm going to take it for a test drive on Saturday. I'll let you know how it goes.
